Deposit and Payment Policy: The total cost of rental including taxes is due within 3 working days of booking. If this is a problem, please let us know in advance. The balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival are subject to full payment in lieu of a deposit.
Cancellations: Reservation cancellations made prior to 90 days of arrival will forfeit one night's rental cost. Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will forfeit all payment. There are no refunds for late arrival or early check out.
Damage/Smoking Deposit: There is a deposit for possible damages to the property of $500 that will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection before departure.
